The Story of
Alma Irene
Alma Irene Gordon is a Mexican American artist born and raised in Southern California but now resides in Nor Cal with her husband and two children.

Her passion for drawing began early on in middle school when she would find herself constantly doodling lectures away. Later in high school, she enrolled in art class her Junior and Senior year. Learning the basics helped improve and redefine her skills. In the summer of '06, she attended a summer program at the Art Institute of California - Inland Empire. Herself, along with other students from different schools, came together collectively and created an ad for a small company. After graduating high school, she enrolled at San Bernardino Valley College and continued to further her art education. Upon taking drawing courses, she soon started to explore and work with different mediums. Unfortunately during her 2010 school year, Alma took a hiatus due to medical issues. Later returning for fall semester of 2015, she continued where she left off and started anew. She later dropped out and focused on her family putting art on the back burner. Now having the opportunity to revisit her passion, Alma has started designing pins along with working on various projects.
In her free time, Alma enjoys playing ukulele, video games, watching anime, reading comic books, all things Disney, and spending time with her family.
